I've been taking my cavalier spaniel to this hospital for over 6 years. It's a clean environment and the doctors know what they're doing.

I recommend Lafayette Animal Hospital very highly. The facility is very clean and professional. The doctors and staff are all very professional - patient, friendly and efficient. I like it that Fez has a place he can go to for medical treatment; his special diet; prescription drugs; day care; boarding and grooming. And I think it is a happy place for both Owners and their pets and for the staff. Highly recommend this place.

I cant say enough good things about LAH! I have been going to LAH for over 15 years now. I have been to several other vets in the past and have been to some real crappy ones. I have seen Dr. Kestler for the whole 15 years and he is one of the most nicest, caring doctors that I have ever taken my pets too. LAH does get busy from time to time but they have a great staff. Our "Molly" (miniature wire-haired dachshund) has been a patient for nearly 14 years. Always so well cared for by Drs. Radcliffe, Dr. Kessler, Dr. Olsen. In recent months, we were visiting much more frequently (sudden renal issues) and were introduced to a newly added vet, Dr. O'Dea. He had a steep learning curve for Molly's medical picture which changed so quickly (the file was thick). My parents began going there back in the 1950's, and I began using them for my pets in the 1980's. They have cared for several of our pets from "cradle to grave" so to speak, from new puppy checks, wellness care, emergency treatment, surgeries, dental, boarding, and eventually saying goodbye. I have been bringing my pets here for 35 years, even before the name change to Lafayette Animal Hospital (from Beavers?) They have seen me through many traumas, surgeries, deaths, and wellness care for that entire time. We have had to put pets down, and later received lovely sympathy notes from the doctors. 5 stars for Dr Kestler. I have been going to Lafayette Animal Hospital for for over 6 years. Dr Kestler has always been very patient, detailed and caring with our dog. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and explains everything very throughly, never rushing.
We have been taking our pets to Lafayette Animal Hospital for over 20 years. Every visit has been great. The staff is very nice, they obviously love animals. The doctors are knowledgeable, caring, and really provide a lot of information and tips about caring for pets and understanding their needs. They treat our pets as if they were theirs.

I've been a customer for almost 30 years. I've been there at 6:45 a.m. for my dog Winnie when she needed surgery and as much time to recover as possible. I've been there when it is the 5:00 p.m. pickup (and what a crazy time that can be). Given everyone's issues in life it is a wonder the staff stays sane.
