We had Lake Washington Windows install new windows and doors in our West Seattle mid-century home about 10 years ago, and were very happy until the latch on one of the sliders was starting to fail. I couldn't find paper work, but contacted LWW and Amy H. did a great job in first finding our old account, contacting the window manufacturer, and within two weeks a new latch showed up in the mail covered under warrantee. Great experience overall. We had a new door and door frame installed due to water damage around the original one. Marcus and Chris were great! very professional, did high quality work and put in a long day of work to make sure they got everything done in one day. Mike Gray and his installation team were professional and paid very close attention to detail. They cleaned up every day and made sure that all the work was done correctly and to our satisfaction. We had a custom window and Mike worked on it for 2 days because he didn't like the way it came out at first. I appreciated his meticulous work.

Lake Washington Windows and Doors replaced all six of the windows on the front of our house, plus the skylights and another window off our family room. They did a fantastic job from start to finish! I would highly recommend them for window replacements based on our experience. John Forsyth
I had a couple of windows replaced last year and a couple of window glazing beads fell out. Lake WA came out and installed new glazing beads and the repair was free! One of the windows that the glazing bead was replaced on was from an install they had done about three years ago. Thanks for a great job!
