They were responsive and came out right away but the reason we decided not to go with them was that they priced everything individually and separately. By the time, we added the price all up would actually cost more. When they first came in, they made it appear that it was going to be a more cheaper option but at the end of the day, the quality of the materials they would be using was not good. I would not use them again. We got a quote from Lakeside Washington Windows & Doors. We need our siding redone.

Great responsiveness to email, educated explanation of window types, quick/quality install, clean job site when finished. Two years later, windows are doing great. I like to review after living with installations and can wholeheartedly recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors. We're going to have them come out for a few more windows this spring and will likely use them for life. Installed two MILGARD STYLELINE windows
We called Lake Washington Windows and Doors to replace two casement windows on our new home. A few days later, John came out, examined the windows, and gave us a quote. He was very familiar with the potential installation issues, and with the different windows available. We paid half up front, and scheduled the installation a few days later. It didn't go well. I told the salesperson that it was very important that we had installation by a certain date because we were moving out of the house. We wanted the installation to get it ready for selling and he said it was no problem. They were nearly a month late. Part of the job was completely delayed because they ordered the wrong door. We had to put in a temporary door and the actual door didn't go in until 2 months after that. There were significant delays. I told them we needed it done by the beginning of October. ... read more

The work went well and the workmen seemed very capable and knowledgeable. I was alsodealing withmy 94-year old father who had just come home from the hospital and the workmen were more than willing to work around his schedule. They got the work done in a timely fashion and I am most happy with the resulting windows. It is not something we repair in-house and therefore needed to get a couple of vendors to look at it and provide a quote to us for the repair, and unfortunately the tile vendors didn't necessarily put us on high priority for a small repair of this type. The project went well, and everything was finished up on the scheduled date. Unfortunately, there was a gap on the inside molding of one of the windows, so someone had to come out to correct the problem, which took a coupe of days to fix. But overall, very satisfied with the results. Replaced exitsting windows in house.
My experience with Lake Washington Windows & Doors went perfectly fine and outstanding. What stood out about them was their professionalism and speed in which they got the project done. We used Lake Washington Windows & Doors for windows.
The sales person was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and explained options. Installers were on time, cleaned up work debris, and performed quality work. Replaced all of the windows, sliding door, and front door in house.
