He was suppose to come back after measuring for the door sat all day for return, never came back called to find out wrong door had been sentwasnt going to be in for a week they were suppose to notify mebut I had to call. Didn't level the door when he installed and the grout wasn't complete. Their quote was reasonable, but what swayed us to choose LWWD was our initial visit with Eric. He was professional, he listened to what we wanted and came up with some solutions, when we needed something more than a standard install for our Entry Door and side lite. Through the whole process, Eric and his team were responsive and followed up to phone calls in reasonable time frame. The windows and sliding door were standard, and were installed quickly. The salesman was professional and courteous. The installers were very professional and did their best to make little mess and cleaned up. They installation was done perfectly to our knowledgeable. One screen was not perfect and they agreed and ordered a new one right away which was here within a week. The salesman follow up was very good and he checked everything as soon as it was completed. We will use them again to do the remaining windows in our house. I used LAKE WASHINGTON WINDOWS & DOORS to put in some new doors.
Pretty stressful all around, yet the work got done on time and on budget. You know the analogy that you can have things done quickly, done well or done on budget, but you can't have all three? Our installation team has sided hundreds of remodel projects and take great pride in what we do. On this project, we did our best to take care of the landscaping, but when you have thick ivy ground cover next to the wall and extending back several feet, it is difficult to avoid stepping on the ivy plants in order to do our work, and we communicated this to the condo association prior to starting the project. Salesman came out and gave us an estimate and when we contracted them,Peter came out and measured our windows to have them made. They are acylic and we had 6 windows installed. They were Milgaurd Windows. They finished installing in one day. Peter and his crew.placed carpet covers on the floors and helped to prepare for installation. They were veryfast and efficient. We love the new windows and it should save us on our gas bill. We would use them again.
They were excellent, did good work and were on time. Their workers were diligent and knowledgeable; I had no complaints about them. Anytime a construction company is on time and gets their work done that's above and beyond as far as I am concerned; I have worked with other construction companies that say one thing but their general practice is another. These guys were good. I used Lake Washington Windows and Doors to replace some siding on my house.
The process was straightforward. The company was clear, honest, and accurateabout how long it would take to get our windows. From the start, Eric (the estimator and representative) was prompt and professional; while we had general ideas of what we wanted, Eric helped us to flesh these out, and put together a clear, easily-understood bid. Thank you for the feedback. We addressed the debris on site and had our crew clean up more frequently throughout the day because of the amount of in-and-out traffic through the condo during the day. As for the electrical box that was damaged, there was a mis-communication as to who would be in contact with the electrician and we apologize for that. In the end, we took care of the repair costs.
