They are pretty good, but I haven?t decided yet if I have to get the work done by them or not, as I have received estimates from other companies as well. The technician gave me thorough information and was very professional. I would use their services in the future to get another quote. Lake Washington Windows & Doors gave us an estimate for installing windows on 12th of October.
They were very responsive and communicative while they were out to my home. They called me when they said that they would and they communicated well with me throughout the estimate process. The estimate came in at about fifteen or sixteen thousand. Lake Washington Windows & Doors came out to give me an estimate for some window replacement.
Fabulously! Adrian's team is clearly superior. Not only extremely nice and good folks, but they were asking about MY needs! Adrian estimated that the job would take 3 days -- they were done in 2! Good work all around. The window provider has a few tweaks to do. When I told Adrian about that, he was on it immediately -- the manufacturer could not have been more responsive. Adrian Au was professional, courteous, punctual, respectful of my time and my home. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it, from start to finish. I love my new windows. Replaced 11 single pane windows in an 80 year old house.
The were excellent, very professional, and accommodating. The did some cedar siding repair and replacement on my residence.
We did not end up going with this company but had we not had a personal contact with another company that ended up doing the job, we would have chosen Lake Washington Windows. Great professionalism and value for the work proposed. Came and did a personal measure, showed us all the windows.
