Very smoothly! Replace entire house windows.
Setting up the appointment was fine, and the office staff friendly. On the day of the appointment Eric called to let me know that he was in the area sooner than expected, and could meet earlier if I preferred, or that he'd be happy to wait until the scheduled time. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of that and took him up on the offer to come early. Eric was mostly polite and professional, and took care to remove his shoes etc. in my home. Went fabulously! They installed within their promised schedule. On the day of installation, they started early so I could attend a late afternoon funeral. Quality of the work is terrific. Wish I had more windows so I could use them again. I had used them last year to replace a custom window over my staircase. This year they replaced all remaining windows and patio door in my townhouse.
Replaced french doors and glass in one window.
3 window installed , the 2nd window was not built with the right measurements and had to reordered |They were nice and apologetic but I felt maybe they should have discounted the price because of The error. I wonder if Milguard discounted them for the error?

Very good experience all the way around. Mathew was the salesperson - he was knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. Not phony. Gave us a lot of helpful info and tips. The installation crew was very professional. They worked hard, and quickly, but without rushing. It was clear they were quite experienced. I was impressed by how well they shielded the rest of the home from mess.
