Dealing with Charlie was painless , I would recommend Charlie to anyone I know . Iv dealt with a lot of high pressure sales people which makes for a horrible experience , Charlie Wilson is the exact opposite . Great guy . Hope to purchase my next vehicle from him .

I got Charlie Wilson on the phone after a bad attempt to buy my CMax via the Internet at another dealership in Portland where I was about to be scammed but got out in time. I told Charlie about my experience right away. He listened and promptly assured me, he would not use the same tactics. Contacted Landmark via Internet, and was engaged by Tom Rayner. Tom was immediately responsive on all of our front-end queries, including what was available in their inventory. (I should also mention that this was the first time ever we had seriously considered buying a new "American" car, having always before bought either Japanese or German products.) As with my previous 3 experiences, my lastest purchase from Landmark Ford was awesome. Rex Demello was my sales representative. Very courtious, professional and knowledgable, Rex is definately my go to car guy and has earned my business. Bob Lustbader helped finalize financing and explained all various options available during the purchase. very polite and they left my engine compartment cleaner than they found it,and they washed the exterior. the waiting room was clean and comfortable.

MIke Walker and his Red Team are providing excellent service to two Ford vehicles. This time I had heard a noise on my Ford F250 truck. Mike listened, took notes and next day he and his team had diagnosed the problem, a failing catalytic converter. The repair was done in a timely manner and with very good workmanship and quality.
