I feel like the initial communication could have been better between me and the body shop. Once that was improved things still took forever but were a little less frustrating. I will say the people I dealt with at Landmark were nice and seemed to really want to help. We just had a lot of obstacles. 4.5 Star : Customer Service

3 Star : Likely to Recommend Think these issues are common during the pandemic with understaffing, supply chain issues, etc. 2.5 Star : Repair Quality F250 was towed to Landmark and sat in lot for a week without any repairs initiated. Supposedly tow truck driver dropped off truck without informing anyone.
