Kyle's customer service was outstanding: positive attitude, on top of every aspect of our service, went the extra mile on a few items that he didn't absolutely have to, showed great communication skills, and all in all handled the visit with courtesy and a passion to please. Wow. Whatever you are doing in your hiring and training program, please keep doing it.

I worked with Evelyne Cassell and Diane Pohl and found them very professional and engaging. This experience puts a whole new (pleasant) spin on buying a car. I will recommend these 2 individuals and Landmark Ford to others

We first purchased an Expedition from Mac in the Internet department in 2010. When Mac retired we were referred to CJ McNulty and we have been thoroughly satisfied. CJ has picked up where Mac left off and we will be referring our friends to CJ for their car needs. I love my new Raptor.

I worked with CJ from an initial online quote, to test driving, all the way through finalizing the purchase of our new 2013 Ford Focus SE. CJ was a delight to work. He answered all of our questions, did not pressure us into a vehicle and was very flexible when we changed our minds. He provided consistent communication throughout the month that we were looking at cars. Overall, we are extremely happy with our vehicle and with our experience at Landmark.

C J McNulty was very friendly, very positive and very much acted as our agent during the entire process. He responded quickly to any questions we had. In my opinion he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we completed the process with the car we wanted. I would definitely recommend CJ andLandmark to anyone looking to buy a car.

This is the way it should be when buying a new car! Darrin was great in showing us the vehicles we were interested in and explaining the details about each. Never once did we ever feel pressured that we needed to make a decision on the spot. After our first visit we left and looked at other manufacturers vehicles but nothing compared to the Ford's we drove.
