It’s just an oil change. I am still not sure why my brakes squeak all the time?? That would be nice to resolve that. Otherwise Ashleigh is the best and she is an asset to the company.

The service was outstanding. I had a blowout on expressway, AAA put spare on, contacted another dealership for new tire but none n stock, no loaner or valet assistance. Called Miller’s, they had tires and told me to come in. They were busy but squeezed me n without an appointment. Ashleigh greeted me with a smile and provided me with snacks while I waited. Excellent service department. Ashley is excellent and a very busy woman. I highly recommend her when you want to bring your Genesis for servicing.

Concierge service was fantastic—pick up and delivery times as promised and they left me with a GV 80 as a loaner. Ashleigh is awesome!!!

The service is excellent once it happens. When I bought my Genesis I thought I was the customer and purchased this car for the “promised” service experience. It appears to be on Larry Millers schedule and I am not able to transferred to another dealership. It took 6 weeks to schedule a concierge appointment and it takes several calls to reach Ashley the concierge. It would nice to schedule when it works for me!

I had a bad experience with a Genisis service writer and called the operations mamager, Kevin Naylor. Kevin was more than wonderful in resolving my issue with the dealership.
