First of all the service coordinator Ashley is always in a rush. I do understand she works with multiple customers but atleast you have to wait and hear all the issues reported by customer. I had to request her to wait and tell her there is one more issue so please wait. Also there was lot of confusion on booking by Lyft ride back home. Twice incorrect address was added and the driver took me to different address. I had to request him to move to dealership again twice to correct the address. The Lyft system occasionally replaces an address that is typed in with an alternate address of its choosing. I apologize for their system. I have spoken with the technician and the noise that he heard while driving your vehicle was the sports items moving around. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with LM Genesis service. I have decided it’s best to travel further out to get what CS should look like. First, I don’t like being called ‘dear’ in a condescending manner Ashleigh uses. And, when you ask her a question she PRETENDS she doesn’t know what you’re talking about so you have to repeat. We purchased a 2022 GV70 Genesis in December 2021 from Nick Laffoon. He did a superb job! Since then it has been a nightmare. It seems they put their best foot forward purchasing the car and then ignore you when it is time for service. Our engine light came on and we call to get an appointment which was a month out. Upon arriving I was greeted by Ashleigh very rudely. The bottom line on this trip was they needed to order the part and then call back when it arrived so we could make appointment. It took over 5 weeks to schedule an oil change. And when they did the work, the car came back with the hood out of alignment. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful.

I went to my first service appointment and didn’t have a good experience, I don’t see the value in having one dedicated advisor for Genesis owners if delivering great service is not the priority. I went on a rainy day and after checking in Ashley gave me the keys to a loaner car, I ended up looking for the loaner in the rain all over parking lot because it wasn’t in the spot she sent me to. Service department was rude and not helpful at all. Concierge services promised were not provided. Advisor did not provide their name so picking up the car was miserable. Car wash was horrible and had spots all over the car.

Staff was nice once I was there, but everything else was very poor. It took me almost 2 months to finally get an appointment. I called for an appointment which was a month out but for some reason they didn’t put me in the system properly. Called again and finally got a second appointment which was another month wait. Went to my appointment and for a simple tire rotation and oil change it was over three hours. I’ve never had an appointment at a dealership and had it take this long for simple maintenance. I go to Larry Miller for one reason only - Ashleigh - Her customer service and relationship with you during the process is like a good friend assisting you . Before Ashleigh took over my service, getting service on any of my cars was fraught with dread, knowing the up-sale or pressure for other services was coming. "I am very disappointed that wen I tried to get service I..." I am very disappointed that wen I tried to get service I found that I was lied to by the financeabout the service and warrantey we would have on our car by the finance dept,, (Billy and the manager), I was surprised that they would do this to a 80 year old disabled veteran.
