My grandmother was here after suffering a very bad hip and pelvic fracture. The staff was nice enough to us, the family, however my grandmother claimed that they were not nice to her when we were all gone. Because of her condition she was in a diaper, they would let her sit in a dirty diaper for long periods of time. I understand that that have many patients but this was unacceptable. The last day she was there she was complaining of stomach pains and the CNA told her her stools were darker than before, the nurse and the do... read more

This place needs to be reported to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT, the unsanitary conditions for the patients in section 700s are extremely unacceptable. To the MANAGEMENT of this facility: Understand that you care for humans, therefore, YOU should enforce the sanitation as ONE of the MAIN PRIORITIES. Before you decide to take someone to this place, take the time to tour the facility to see with your own eyes.

I dont know where to begin. I feel like this place doesn't deserve 1 star. It seems as though this staff has no idea of what they are doing. We brought my dad there because they were supposedly a wound care facility. Well, if you call changing a bandage once a day then I suppose that is right. His wound got considerably worse while there. In fact he is now facing at least a foot, and possibly a leg amputation. It's so sad that places like this exist.

I have a client in this facility right now. The hospital said she needed to be there for around 5 days to get IV antibiotics, which she never received. I have been caring for this client for 10 years. I know all of her needs. She went 6 hours without a diaper change and 10 days without a shower. Her hair was disgusting. There were ants swarming her lunch table. The nurses button was pinned high up on the wall behind her. She said she fell. She couldn't reach the button for help. I found her medication lose on her bed. She n... read more

Absolutely horrible. If you have ANY other option, please go with it. You will be sorry you allowed your loved one to stay there. THey are extremely short staffed and many of the staff they have don't care or perhaps just so overworked they are too frustrated to care. We've had to call several times from the outside to get someone to attend to our mother on the inside, because they were not answering the call light. The administration doesn't return calls! If your loved one HAS TO go there, please visit very often so they kn... read more

The care is extremely poor. I was in the facility for rehabilitation care. If I could give this facility a "0", I would. It takes up to one to two hours to get your medications after they are due (that's with begging for it). When you use the call light for the nurse, they will come in, turn it off and leave. Wound care was non-existent and had to be begged for. The food is horrible. You would tell them your likes and dislikes and they would never get it right. The food is always cold. There is never enough food. Never!... read more

If you are considering this place for a loved one, think again! As soon as you walk in, it stinks! Nothing but negligence is all this place has to offer! The short amount of time my grandmother was here they were suppose to start her physical therapy right away and they didn't. But manly, I'm not sure why they would even consider a person like Barbara the night nurse to even work here with elderly sick patients! It should be unlawful! She is unprofessional, rude, unsympathetic, and utterly disgusting as a human being! My gra... read more

We brought my grandma in this place for rehabilitation as she had a mild stroke so she can have her physical therapy and stay for 2-3 weeks. At first they were very accommodating and staff were efficient specially the physical therapy team. But it changed when one of CNAs roughly handled my grandma, we told her to be more gentle cause she's 92 and diabetic and she gets bruises easily but she didnt change her ways. I wish i remember her name so family members can request for somebody else. We thought we can bring our grandma ... read more
