If I could I would list it as 0 stars. This is a terrible place! Do NOT take your loved ones here. They will be mistreated and neglected. They will probably die instead of being rehabilitated. We had a horrible experience and do not wish that on any human being they treat them like animals. Very disappointed with the treatment and care.

Please don't send your family members to this hospital my very first night I was admitted at 8:30 at night. I sat for 2 1/2 hours in a wet diaper because I kept being told they were doing shift change. My next scheduled medication would be at 11:22 so I let them know the minute I got here. After sitting there all night, waiting for them to issue my medication, and giving many reasons why it was done late and be assured it would be here at four in the morning. Absolutely disgusting here main problem is the higher ups. In example (Trevor) is weird and makes promises he can't keep. The equipment here is either broken or about to be broken ( completely unsafe) which forces cnas or lvns to wait for a lift or bed that's usable. Patients that need an air mattress are denied due to "broken" beds or "just not enough" in which I find mind boggling since they can renovate the rooms but can't purchase new equipment for staff and residents. I would give a 0 Worse place to keep your love ones. The people that work there are so mean and don't care for the patients. My aunt was referred to this place by the San Antonio hospital because she had surgery on her leg. The Employees never come on time to clean her, change her Pamper . She can't stand up to go to the bathroom. What I'm saying is why have people working at this place if they're not happy with their Job. Worse place ever.

Why do the patients not have phones in their rooms, is it a prison or a care facility. Haven't they given up enough I f their independence and freedom without isolating them too? What are you afraid of, they will have the ability to call for help! I am mortified at the lack of respect for my loved one and isolation after being placed in this facility. It is my hope and prayer to get my loved one out of there immediately and placed in a CARE facility.

Please don't have your loved ones sent here. Ask for a different place if they are coming out of hospital and need rehab. Very filthy, patients are in the halls, they do not get their patients dressed. My grandmother who was very able to walk was not dressed, left with a window open in a hospital gown and was catching a cold. She was also sent to the "COVID" ward with no symptoms-how convenient. Don't send your dear family here! They never answer the phone and Grandma just passed because of their negligence. It's not the staff it's the doctors here couldn't care less about communication of signs of someone declining. The doctors here do not communicate to any family members ever. If you see your family member having signs or symptoms of something pull them out and get them treated elsewhere. This place is horrible don't let the good reviews fool u those are employees my sister was here after she had surgery the nurses never changed her or showered her her food was left in the room but no one would feed her I've called the state no one dose anything the rooms are nasty no one clean them the janitor just stand around and talk don't send your loved ones here

Just a very horrible place to take family. There is no care. My grandma was always wet. No phone calls I tried to call for days to get run around. And her purse went missing and they were spending her money.
