This place is horrible. If you love somebody this is not the place to go. I found one nurse out of many, that had love and compassion for their JOB. They truly don't give a shit about the people they serve. So many mistakes and Mess ups. I can't even begin to tell you the heart break I have from the neglect. Do leave your love ones here ever.

TL;DR "These people kill your elderly loved ones" I recommend steering clear of Las Colinas and San Antonio Regional Community Hospital!!!! My mom was at Las Colinas because she broke her arm and needed around the clock care while she rehabilitates. She was admitted from San Antonio Regional hospital and was on a 14 day quarantine at Las Colinas, mysteriously Las Colinas staff placed another woman in her room during her quarantine and she became ill, she started coughing badly, a day or so later she went to her dialysis a... read more

My grandma came here and it was so disgusting, hot, overcrowded it really is an embarassment to be the owner of this business or even work there, you should be ashamed of yourself. We called ahead of time and they told us visiting hours then when we show up they say that they tell us that no vistors are allowed. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. I wish I could give this place no stars. I thought this was America smh these are the kind of places I expect in third world countries.

My sister is in need of skilled nursing for a couple of weeks and upon arrival at this place, was told that she would need to be in isolation for 14 days. In that "isolation" she was placed with another patient who turned out to be VERY CONTAGIOUS with Candida. My sister is being told that she will have to "isolate" (how was it isolation when she got a disease form someone else?) for another two to three weeks. Las Colinas Post Acute 800 E 5th St, Ontario, CA 91764 Rehabilitation center My mother was admitted to receive speech therapy and physical therapy after suffering 2 strokes. However after 14 days she developed a bed sore. I never received confirmation that she even began receiving therapy. I never heard from a doctor or case manager to discuss her treatment. I wouldn't leave my worst enemy there. They DO NOT CARE about the patients. They never give them water and they completely ignore them. The business office/Admin team, completely useless.

This review more-so revolves around my experience and observations of the hostile and unprofessional behavior exhibited from the "receptionist" Brianna (as she so sarcastically provided me with when I inquired). I came here with my aunt to pick up my grandmother who was being discharged this evening (as I was the transportation). This is a convalescent home of horrors and every elderly person's worst nightmare. The motto seems to be check in and check out because no one has an interest in the patients or their concerned family members. They almost broke my mom. They drugged her and kept her from being able to talk to us. Someone reported them to the ombudsman while my mother was there. Run away from this place. The lady at the sign in desk basically didn't want to assist anyone walking in. Then the ladies at the desk past the sign in desk pretend like they don't see you. When you walk in you automatically smell a mixture of feces, vomit and just sickness. My father was here "short term" and within 4 days of their "care", my father got sepsis.
