This facility is partially to blame for my fiance's death. It took them exactly 1 week and 1 day to do so. How you ask, overmedicating, sedation, and sedation to the point that the patient does not eat. Something happened the morning of his death and we still do NOT have any answers as to what exactly happened. My belief, he did not eat breakfast because he was sedated, they made him take his meds while half-asleep and he started choking, and vomiting. 911 was called but to no avail. This place is HORRIBLE. I would give it a zerooooo!! My mother in law was admitted here and the first 2 days she fell off her wheel chair (while supposedly being supervised) and had to be rush to the hospital. A week later she had seizure (which she never, ever had) and again, had to be rushed to the hospital. The doctor there told us it was caused by high blood pressure , which she does have, but maybe wasn't given her medication or something just went wrong. I have a close friend that has been placed there and it's getting no care that she needs she's been there for more than a week and she's never had a sponge bath she asked to talk to the caseworker there at the facility and still hasn't been seen yet it's a little ridiculous if it was my choice I would've never put her there.

DO NOT ALOW YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TO GO HERE!!!!!!! Awful! Unprofessional! Drug them and leave them. Don't check on them. And God forbid you try and call, you'll never get to talk to them. I am literally crying when I'm reading this!!! Whoever is in charge needs to take these reviews serious. A lawyer WILL be getting involved

My mother left this facility worse than when she entered. Among other things she had multiple bed sores which we were not informed of and discovered the sores on our own. Our family was informed that she was refusing her pain medication of Norco; however, upon discharge 10 pills were missing. She did not receive the physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy that was the reason she was taken there. This place should be shut down, again!

This place is horrible the nurse that claims she is a supervisor keeps hanging up on me me when I told her I wanted to speak with my dad . She says she doesn't have time for this and hangs up . I kept calling and she disconnects the phone . I'm worried about my family member and this is the customer service they provide. If anyone reads this please let me know if there is another number I can call .

This place is horrible. If you love somebody this is not the place to go. I found one nurse out of many, that had love and compassion for their JOB. They truly don't give a shit about the people they serve. So many mistakes and Mess ups. I can't even begin to tell you the heart break I have from the neglect. Do leave your love ones here ever.

TL;DR "These people kill your elderly loved ones" I recommend steering clear of Las Colinas and San Antonio Regional Community Hospital!!!! My mom was at Las Colinas because she broke her arm and needed around the clock care while she rehabilitates. She was admitted from San Antonio Regional hospital and was on a 14 day quarantine at Las Colinas, mysteriously Las Colinas staff placed another woman in her room during her quarantine and she became ill, she started coughing badly, a day or so later she went to her dialysis a... read more

My grandma came here and it was so disgusting, hot, overcrowded it really is an embarassment to be the owner of this business or even work there, you should be ashamed of yourself. We called ahead of time and they told us visiting hours then when we show up they say that they tell us that no vistors are allowed. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. I wish I could give this place no stars. I thought this was America smh these are the kind of places I expect in third world countries.
