My aunt was here to recover from surgery.this place is so nasty the nurses don't take care of the residence my aunt's room was filthy this place needs a update this place looks like they don't ever clean it and don't get me started on the food it's always cold and taste like trash I do not recommend this dirty facility at all stay away from this place your family members will not be taken care of and will be in filthy condition I don't think they have housekeeping or janitors working there I'm thankful that my aunt was only ... read more

I am currently a patient. I am giving this place 2 stars only because i like some of the nurses and cna's. I was lied to when I was convinced to come here after my surgery. I was told if I didn't want to stay, I could leave whenever I wanted. that's not true. I could leave but the case manager will not setup my home healthcare. I asked for a discharge from the doctor, the doctor said if the case manager can setup home care then I could get discharged. Case management said my insurance would not pay for it. Please stay far away rom this place. Only giving one star because they make Administration plays favoritism and allows nurses to get away with so much. They spend more time on their phones then they do caring for the residents. I've been there and seen this with my own eyes. Employees talk bad about residents and other employees in the rooms and the halls. They talk about who sleeps with who and the residents they can't stand. This is the most disgusting hospital I have ever seen I don't know how they are still open my uncle was here and they left him for hours in a dirty diaper the food they fed him was disgusting I wouldn't feed that to my dog but at least he got something some of the patience there don't get fed because of the lazy nurses that don't want to help them and his room was disgusting the floors where sticky and dirty no one cleans them or cares don't bring your family here it's the worst place to take your family

I don't recommend this dirty facility at all they didn't take care of my uncle at all plus the room was dirty they didn't clean his room the curtains are always dirty and stained the food was horrible the room always smelled like pee when they did clean the room they wouldn't really clean the room still smelled I recommend u put your loved ones somewhere else not in this filthy facility I can't believe how dirty this place is it needs to be shut down!!!

This facility is partially to blame for my fiance's death. It took them exactly 1 week and 1 day to do so. How you ask, overmedicating, sedation, and sedation to the point that the patient does not eat. Something happened the morning of his death and we still do NOT have any answers as to what exactly happened. My belief, he did not eat breakfast because he was sedated, they made him take his meds while half-asleep and he started choking, and vomiting. 911 was called but to no avail. This place is HORRIBLE. I would give it a zerooooo!! My mother in law was admitted here and the first 2 days she fell off her wheel chair (while supposedly being supervised) and had to be rush to the hospital. A week later she had seizure (which she never, ever had) and again, had to be rushed to the hospital. The doctor there told us it was caused by high blood pressure , which she does have, but maybe wasn't given her medication or something just went wrong. I have a close friend that has been placed there and it's getting no care that she needs she's been there for more than a week and she's never had a sponge bath she asked to talk to the caseworker there at the facility and still hasn't been seen yet it's a little ridiculous if it was my choice I would've never put her there.
