Don't send your dear family here! They never answer the phone and Grandma just passed because of their negligence. It's not the staff it's the doctors here couldn't care less about communication of signs of someone declining. The doctors here do not communicate to any family members ever. If you see your family member having signs or symptoms of something pull them out and get them treated elsewhere. This place is horrible don't let the good reviews fool u those are employees my sister was here after she had surgery the nurses never changed her or showered her her food was left in the room but no one would feed her I've called the state no one dose anything the rooms are nasty no one clean them the janitor just stand around and talk don't send your loved ones here

Just a very horrible place to take family. There is no care. My grandma was always wet. No phone calls I tried to call for days to get run around. And her purse went missing and they were spending her money.

This place is absolutely horrible!! They do not care for their patients. They roughly throw them on the bed. They did this to my aunt and slapped her forehead down, laughing. So I'm positive she isn't the first victim. Thank God she had her phone to call us. Imagine those patients without a phone. Why have these post acute places and staff that don't care? Wife went back to this place which had a completely different staff. This place gave my wife who was their for rehabilitation covid and failed to treat her properly. She ended up back in the hospital and passed away. Bo apologies of any kind. This place is trash stay far away.....

if i could give this place 0 stars i would.dont ever bring your family member here. the staff do not take proper care of their patients. my dad would complain of stomach pain and could not use the bathroom properly because of constipation. his stomach was huge and then two days later, i get a call from a hospital he was sent to that my dad had to have a sudden bowel obstruction surgery because of the lack of care of the staff. the surgeon talked to me after my dad surgery and told me that what happened to my dad did not hap... read more

My aunt was here to recover from surgery.this place is so nasty the nurses don't take care of the residence my aunt's room was filthy this place needs a update this place looks like they don't ever clean it and don't get me started on the food it's always cold and taste like trash I do not recommend this dirty facility at all stay away from this place your family members will not be taken care of and will be in filthy condition I don't think they have housekeeping or janitors working there I'm thankful that my aunt was only ... read more

I am currently a patient. I am giving this place 2 stars only because i like some of the nurses and cna's. I was lied to when I was convinced to come here after my surgery. I was told if I didn't want to stay, I could leave whenever I wanted. that's not true. I could leave but the case manager will not setup my home healthcare. I asked for a discharge from the doctor, the doctor said if the case manager can setup home care then I could get discharged. Case management said my insurance would not pay for it. Please stay far away rom this place. Only giving one star because they make Administration plays favoritism and allows nurses to get away with so much. They spend more time on their phones then they do caring for the residents. I've been there and seen this with my own eyes. Employees talk bad about residents and other employees in the rooms and the halls. They talk about who sleeps with who and the residents they can't stand.
