I came across Las Colinas because I was looking for a place to put my 80 year old grandmother after a status post hip fracture. I was able to tour with Gigi (I hope that's how you spell it) around the facility. The place was beautiful and not what I expected (I guess I was expecting the smell of urine or feces) but gladly it didn't. Facility scent reminded me of fresh linen. Great place for my mom rehab team was able to work with her after her stroke. Smells clean not like urine. I like that we had options to keep my mother long term however I chose to take her home and Pam set me up with all the MEDICAL stuff I needed to care for my mom. Thanks Pam.

Having a loved one in a facility is never easy. However we found the staff of this facility to always be striving to ensure our loved one was well taken care of. The Staff work very hard and know their patients. All of the staff is attentive. We were always able to speak to someone. The facility itself is clean, open and cheery. There was always something for our loved one to do between activities and their many outdoor areas. We are glad we decided to go to Providence Ontario.

This place was great! My mom had a stroke and a pretty bad fall. After she went to the hospital, the dr. recommended that she receive extended therapy before going home. We're very glad we listened to her dr. The therapy was great! The nursing staff and the therapy staff were very professional and compassionate. We were most impressed by how much they seemed to care. Absolutely disgusted how they send me a generic message on yelp and to other people who have lost a loved one. DISGUSTING! NOT HUMAN AT ALL! What am I going to call for? To relive this?? This shows you how they do not care.

Their food is horrible & the Physical Therapy Department did absolutely nothing to help my sister after her hip surgery she spent two weeks in there and her medication wasn't ordered correctly for days! And it just wasn't helpful to her needs as she was recovering

I don't recommend anyone go to this horrid place. The nurses leave you in your waste overnight. The nurses sleep on graveyard. They don't answer the call button for over 45mins. The nurses will retaliate against you if you report them to the administrator Trevor. They left me alone for 6hrs in my waste. They manhandled me causing me to slide off the bed. Trevor eventually stopped responding to my concerns and offered no assistance. Trevor, Diane & Victor don't care how their staff treat the patients. The nurses are m... read more

Warning!!! Do not send your loved ones to this facility . My mother was admitted there last year in August and she passed away after only being there for one week. I feel that the staff is not experienced. After my mother passed not one person from the facility called me. I feel that they are responsible for my mother passing away.

Visit before you place your loved one there. The staff is so over worked. Patients are crying and yelling for help. My mom was there for 2.5 days it took me that long to get her out of the horrific place. THose beautiful pictures look nothing like the rooms. The rooms have 3 patients and there is about 18" - 20" between curtains and bed. No room for guest to sit let alone visit.
