Yes i do recommend this LBS Bank i've been going here for like 12yrs now i've made amazing friends the tellers are so very nice and Donna Gonzales helped me out today great beautiful personality and very helpful and knowledgeable i can go to other LBS banks but my first choice is this bank in lakewood to see smiling faces

I been with LBS. For about over 10 yrs. The environment to the staff it's always a warm welcoming coming in Donna G. Josie and her team were extremely helpful when we decided to switch lenders in the middle of escrow for buying our first home. We found that LBS FCU had amazing rates, and since I work in public education, I was able to take advantage of an offer they had for school employees. Despite Josie planning to leave for vacation the day I submitted my application, she quickly arranged for her team to assist and made sure we were still on track to close on our original date. My interactions with LBSFCU and their staff have been amazing. I recently came in to get a loan on a used truck and they were able to get me pre approved within a day. Dana was able to provide me all the information I needed as a first time buyer, and helped me best she could in pointing me in the right direction and getting my loan situated.

Daylene (pretty name) was so professional today giving me my cashiers check. This location has awesome employees. The parking is tight but plenty of spaces available. They have a Coin Star located inside. Security guard is always welcoming. And two ATM's outside only on the Bellflower side. If you're on the hunt for a Credit Union, this is pretty good with tons of useful services. I have never been put on hold when I have called their branch for customer service. Always professional!
