I also have never seen anyone enter into this credit union. And have briefly vampire-melted at the glare from the ATM. I know this location because I bank with another credit union that "allows" me to use the ATM at this branch. Ya, they "allow" me. Now what has always stuck in my craw is that LBS has a walk-up window(s) open till 7pm (most days) and a seriously alert security guard. Why my credit unions don't have such amenities. If I could give less than 1 star I would. What a joke , horrible customer service, as a Long Beach city employee I attempted to apply for a car loan and I was treating like trash just because I was asking questions and trying to develop a new business relationship. However now I will tell all my friends family to not go to this bank I was trying to become a new member and this is how they treat their members? I opened a secured loan last January 26,2022.The representative that helped me was good until I found out about the insurance that she didn't mentioned it to me and didn't bother to ask me and explained it well to me. That I'll get charged $13.95 every month on top of the payments that I'll me making. I love the credit Union but she's giving me reasons why not to!!! I'm very disappointed. This review reflects nothing on the employees or tellers, or anyone who works here. Even the security guard is always pleasant when I'm here. This is merely for whoever owns this establishment--- PLEASE invest in better ATM machines. The machine has glitched and eaten my debit card twice already. This most recent time it even took a partial amount of my cash deposit but did NOT deposit it into my account, I have no idea where the money went as they weren't able to retrieve it from the machine. This is the mask the Lakewood office had a problem with yet the LBC offices allowed me in the building with

Disappointed to find that you guys are still open & putting peoples health at jeopardy. Banking is essential yes, but I believe that ATM/Phone service would suffice considering the risk that you are putting upon your employees and customers. Do better, I would hate to have to bank elsewhere over something that could have been prevented.

I am a regular customer here at your bank and you guys have exceptional service but I was just wondering why is this business still open at this time. This is a serious matter we are dealing with in the world right now and the employees here still have to offer customer service. Something needs to be done about this. I would hope you guys are limiting the traffic in and out of this bank or doing something to keep your employees safe from customers who still need to use your bank.

I recently walked in today 5/30/2019 to them to deposit cash to my checking acct and surprisingly found out that Jazz who works the outside window was still employed. I reported her to the assistant managers a few months ago that she miscounted my money intentionally, instead of it being $2000 it was $2100. I made a u-turn knowing that I made that mistake and corrected that mistake. She picked up my BofA envelope off the floor and made it look that it was a mistake that she had that extra $100 in there. This is a really horrible location. I purposely go out of my way to go to the other lbsfcu locations. The service here is the worse I've experienced at any bank. The bank tellers are extremely rude and unknowledgeable. Marnie from the main office is rude as well. She is not only rude, but incompetent. I'm looking forward to closing my account with them. And based on your previous poor reviews, I can see I'm not alone.
