The staff is always friendly. The branches are always clean. It is super easy to get loans at great competitive rates than any regular bank. Member for 25+ years
The customer service representative was very courteous. She greeted me, asked how she can help me then told me what she was doing. After the transaction,, she asked me again if there is anything else she could help me with. Genuinely hardworking lady who cares about helping the customers.
