I really like the credit union. I use their free calendar/ planner for work. I just got my 2021- 2022 edition. I like using the outdoor walk up windows. They haven't been open since the beginning of covid. Which I'd odd considering it's safer outdoors. I have never had any banking issues here. The security is always very friendly.

Only three stars for reason the Latin lady with glasses that sits in the last (3rd) desk her name maybe Carmen is very rude and non professional and needs to be taught customer service lessons. Be kind to customers ... But on the other hand another visit with Nicholas was a great experience cordial and great customer service

Good bank with good customer service, but why is the bank still open in the middle of this pandemic? I understand that banking is essential, especially in a time like this, but believe that hours should at least be cut for these hard working employees who are dealing with people (and possible virus carriers) all day and also have family members at home.
