The worst customer service ever!!! We recently frequented this bank and the customer service was horrible. The representative was rude, condescending and even proceeded to insinuate that my husband was on an account with his mother. He immediately cancelled the transaction and asked for another representative. Why is this place even in business? I strongly recommend that you go to the Cerritos branch. Horrible! I guess I should've listen when momma said always read what ya sign. But I've been coming to this bank long enough that I trusted signing my receipts. Now that what they've said screwed me over, it's invalid. No apologies, nothing! Worst customer service ever from this branch manager. ATM's out of order or money often. No 24hr service rep avail. Will definitely be closing my account here. Do not recommend! There's better credit unions in the area.

My boyfriend and I came in on a Friday to try and see if we can get a lower APR for his auto loan. Angela was the one that helped us. She said we would be receiving a call in 24 hours. Three weeks has passed and she NEVER called us back. We wanted to give her the benefit of doubt thinking maybe she left on vacation for Thanksgiving but nope. We even called and left a voicemail and called one more time before giving up. Really unprofessional.

Thank you lbs financial for wasting my time. I called ahead to see if I could get a document notarized. The lady over the phone told me yes, for $10.00 if you are not a member. I show up and was greeted by the reception lady. I ask her, can I please get a document notarized, she asks if I am a member, and I reply no. She makes a phone call while I am standing in front of her to which she responds to me, yes you can, but since you are not a member it will be $10.00. This morning I went to the window a little bit after 9am. A gentleman help me. I gave him my card and ID. I proceeded to ask for a little over a grant (I'm getting my car fixed). He proceeded to tell me that I can only take out $500 at a time. I've never had this happen before. I've been able to ask for double that at one point but he said he that he can only give out $500 today.. now I have to wait a another day because I cant get funds that I have in my savings. This location is the worse when trying to access their ATMs on the weekend. This time one of the machines had the card access blocked and the other machine held on to another customer's card for a long time after it said cash is not available. These machine often run out of money or get too full that you can no longer make a deposit. I've called before to see why this always happens and they never gave me a reason, but suggested I try another ATM when this happens.

Hello, Lynnette. We apologize about the ATM situation at our Lakewood office. We did receive a notification on Sunday night that one of our ATMs was malfunctioning and was automatically shut down. Unfortunately, the second machine was experiencing card reading issues at the same time which is rare. Both machines were fixed and returned to normal operation Monday morning. This particular location has terrible customer service. I've been a member for about 5 years and the staff that I've dealt with has really bad attitudes. They've screwed up on numerous transactions. I've had to go out of my way to a different location and I had much better service at the cerritos branch. The branch at 4916 Bellflower Blvd, Lakewood, CA 90713 needs to be trained to have better customer service.

i had been with this cu for over 20yrs & the svc was good. I dont know if it was because of the bank mgr who does not know how important customer svc is but it was in the bank...this was in cerritos & bellflower no smiles & a dry hello..dont need it. GONE!!!!

I, like many others use the ATM at this location and nothing else. I have never seen anyone actually walk into this Credit Union. It's conveniently located at an almost corner and not too busy. If you hit the ATM at the wrong time you will not be able to see the screen....at all. The glare from the sun and the KFC grease steaming above the restaurant across the street seems to create a glare that is blinding and disabling to these ATM screens. Good Luck.
