This particular location has terrible customer service. I've been a member for about 5 years and the staff that I've dealt with has really bad attitudes. They've screwed up on numerous transactions. I've had to go out of my way to a different location and I had much better service at the cerritos branch. The branch at 4916 Bellflower Blvd, Lakewood, CA 90713 needs to be trained to have better customer service.

i had been with this cu for over 20yrs & the svc was good. I dont know if it was because of the bank mgr who does not know how important customer svc is but it was in the bank...this was in cerritos & bellflower no smiles & a dry hello..dont need it. GONE!!!!
I, like many others use the ATM at this location and nothing else. I have never seen anyone actually walk into this Credit Union. It's conveniently located at an almost corner and not too busy. If you hit the ATM at the wrong time you will not be able to see the screen....at all. The glare from the sun and the KFC grease steaming above the restaurant across the street seems to create a glare that is blinding and disabling to these ATM screens. Good Luck.
