I want to thank the staff at LBSFCU for helping me take care of my mother's finances after she was diagnosed with dementia. They provided professional advice with kindness and patience. Every time I came into the office I was given excellent customer service. Mom recently passed away, and the staff again assisted me with appropriately closing her accounts. This office truly provides a community service to their Long Beach clients, most of whom are retired schoolteachers. Good job LBSFCU!

Easy call , was told based on my credit I might be approved for a loan the phone person gave me great tips and offers walked into Lakewood branch after my husband got an approval call , met with Celia she was so sweet and helpful and made us feel we were in good hands , as first time buyers of course we are super scare but their loan offer was way better than the one from dealer Kuddos Celia !

I went in and applied for a personal loan with Donna and she was wonderful. She was very helpful. She was able to get me approve that same day and i really appreciated her time and effort because we stayed an extra 1 hour after closing time to finish up paperworks on my loan. She was very patient. All the staff here are nice & friendly.

Love this bank. Staff is very helpful. They have two ATMs and a walk up window open during business hours. There is a security guard during the day. Coin machine available inside. Branches are open during the weekends.

I've been a Member For LBS For two Years now. I have not problem with this Location anymore. I use to go to the Outside walk up window until one of the tellers didn't do one of my Transactions right. So I go inside so I know for a fact that whatever I need done will get done. It's always tidy on the inside and really never a line when I go. I'm satisfied with my account here.

If you can become a member...you should. their loans are 1/4 to 1/2 point lower than most banks. They are upgrading to internet based banking and pretty much full service as far as banks go. Only two locations close to me, but, I don't mind the drive for a good bank.

I prefer this branch over the Cerritos branch any day, because Cerritos branch is not helpful or welcoming at ALL! Here I feel like family, they are welcoming and CARE about you as one of their own. I would recommend this branch any day! I had an identity theft experience and Omar was so helpful and helped take care of my matter right away, making the process so much easier.

I always use their ATM because I'm a member of a sister credit union but have never set foot inside. (I wish they had something to deflect the sun in the afternoon because I can't see the damn ATM screen!) Anyway, this afternoon, I needed to exchange some $20s into larger bills and went in and the teller was so helpful and pleasant to accommodate me! I do so love excellent customer service. It's so hard to get these days! I'm sorry I didn't catch her name so I could post how great and helpful she was to me here.
