Mixed feelings, great rate of return, never busy when I go in and they gave us a secured loan at a great rate to help us get reestablished with our credit scores. However, I applied for an auto loan refinance and was denied. There was very little effort and never received a decline in the mail, just a phone call to say sorry. I do not recommend this credit union for banking or loans. They have an overly strict board. They are supposed to be the credit union for alumni of Cal State Long Beach. Their interest rates are very high. Unless you have excellent credit they do not want to do business with you. There are other credit unions that will treat you much better.
