It's nice to come here for a quick deposit or withdrawal but not to despite or sit down and talk. It'll feel like an hour 2 hours 3 hours of your day is going by. It's unfortunate that this bank takes that long for each person. I'm sure their quality of service is efficient but it takes too long. They make you wait and wait it's just better to schedule an appointment if that's even possible but good luck. It's alsoo very hilarious that every time I come here they systems are down or having some sort of issue, when not huh

I defaulted on my loan due to financial hardship and my family members sickness but I am trying to fix everything and get my car back. This company has made it very difficult to do so. The towed the car 45 mins away from my home, then the place has it set up to were I had to make an appointment to get my personal items out. My purse wallet id everything important was in the car and because they couldn't make me an appointment that day or the next day they are charging me $100 to get my personal belongings. If I could give less than 1 star I would. What a joke , horrible customer service, as a Long Beach city employee I attempted to apply for a car loan and I was treating like trash just because I was asking questions and trying to develop a new business relationship. However now I will tell all my friends family to not go to this bank.

Lbs financial at cerritos branch is a joke.. opened an account on 9/20/2022 was told that my card will come in 5/7 business days and it's 10/4/2022. Still nothing.. called to confirm with no attitude and was told card was ordered on 9/27/2022 and to give it til 10/112022? What is that about? Started to get frustrated and still got no answers why it was delayed. Heard they were good but it was just rumors. They worse then wells fargo.. #trash

I use to like this bank a lot, till they hired people who gave me the wrong advice when renting apartment, teller there told me to use cashier checks for my payments when I explained to him I needed safer way to give the money to home renter cause it was off Craigslist, told me I would be safe if at any point using a cashier check, I lost 3k an came back to them. locked out of account once again and can not get a hold of anyone with this new pointless phone system another reason to dislike this bank closing my account going else where

My disappointment and ongoing headache with this bank dates back to April of 2019. My husband was with the National Guard and was on orders away from home. Previously we had our interest rate lowered per The Servicemen Civil Relief Act, and had no problem in doing that. However, he was again put on other orders and we had requested a deferment per The California Military Families Financial Relief Act, in which I've been having issues with since April 2019. I know it is not this branches fault but I don't know of another way to share how frustrating it is to try and make payments on your automated services. Every time I call I have to call back a minimum of 4 times in order to make a payment to my car loan. Not to mention you can barely hear the automated person talking. I press 1 and say yes and I still get directed to an operator which does me no good because by the time I'm off of work and able to call you are closed. Please try to do something to fix this. security guard was a lazy fat idiot, told me that my service dog had to be on a leash, obviously he knew nothing about service dogs, my dog performs service duty from an occasional stroller since she is small and my husband is deaf she needs to get to him to paw him and contact him to tell him what to do in such incidents also she knows when his sugar is low or if he wanders, he has no respect as we are retired us marines and he was a total jerk didn't understand anything, he spent a lot of time in the bathroom and b s ing ... read more
