Been banking with them for over 9 years now and i love their service! always so helpful.
First bad Yelp Review. I only post good when companies are exceptional beyond....But, what I experienced is a TRUE IMPORTANT REASON TO ENSURE LBS PREVENTS MORE SERIOUS BANKING ISSUES. I don't make petty Yelp reviews like blasting a human for simply not being as perfect as I think that I am. People are having a hard time. Credit Union Employees are not paid much. I've had bad days. Shady finance company. They will do things in your contract without telling. Just finance with a different company.

Horrible experience trying to execute a simple wire transfer at LBS. I went into the Los Altos branch in person to initiate a time-sensitive and critical wire transfer to secure an out of state property that I was purchasing. I needed to send earnest money to a title company in Tennessee. Keep in mind that I was physically present at their brick and mortar facility, with all personal identification in hand, and my account has sufficient funds for the transfer. What a piece of shit company, they harass you and are so fucking rude. Worst company ive ever dealt with in my life.
Terrible customer service, it's always some foreign person and you can't even understand what they're saying. Use any other bank but this place honestly.
I have been banking with them for over 10 years and it hasn't been a pleasant experience. I have never been approved or given better offers than competitor banks... why did chase and Capital One approve me for a car loan and my own bank denied me 2x in the last 10 years... YTD - I have 3 paid off car loans. Anyways my breaking point was the rude... phone teller (sounded old, miserable and like She had no friends) who honestly had no business being a teller with her rude demeanor. It's nice to come here for a quick deposit or withdrawal but not to despite or sit down and talk. It'll feel like an hour 2 hours 3 hours of your day is going by. It's unfortunate that this bank takes that long for each person. I'm sure their quality of service is efficient but it takes too long. They make you wait and wait it's just better to schedule an appointment if that's even possible but good luck. It's alsoo very hilarious that every time I come here they systems are down or having some sort of issue, when not huh
