Let me tell you how wonderful LBS truly is! I bought a new car in 2019 and was financed with them. Never heard of them before. I just refinanced my vehicle with Mark Wilkins, he was great! I was approved in under two hours. Easy breezy and qualified for the lowest rate. I also have a small personal loan with them as well. Going to refi that one as well. I wanted to say how much I appreciate Mrs/Miss. Scandia for helping resolve my T mobile purchase order over the phone. Scandia works in the corporate office, sorry but I can only write the review here at my cerritos branch. Scandia was professional and kind and patiently help me go through the challenging situation with T Mobile that I was having.

I love my credit union! The customer service is great, and they are very accommodating. I seriously doubt that I will ever have a regular bank account again.
