I have been doing my banking with LBSFCU -the name I know it as, for a very long time. I continue to tell my friends and customers how much more I like the credit union over a traditional bank. The customer service, correction: the personalized customer service is genuine. I have always felt they put the customers needs in first. Additionally, the follow thru is detailed and customized to whatever is needed to resolve any issue. My wife and I had to get new debit cards. We were told that we could get them the very same day if we went to one of their branches. We visited the Long Beach financial Credit Union office in Cerritos and as we learned, you can get your debit card replaced that very same day! The lobby had activity, but it was well organized, they have you check in at a kiosk and then a representative greet you to help you with your transaction. I have been a Member with LBS Financial for over two decades. I have discovered, through experience that LBS has a group of talented, experienced and honest professionals on their Team. I just want to say what an Outstanding job "BETH" at the Cerritos Branch last Friday did for us when we had inquiries about our auto loan that we have with this credit union. Had a wonderful interaction in a frustrating situation today! My mother had been scammed out of some money online and needed some assistance. She went into the Cerritos branch of LBSFCU and got great service from Manuel Chavez. He was patient and kind and helped me over the phone and worked with my mother in person to take care of the issue. I very much appreciate his time and how he handled the situation and resolved the issue.

Initially applied for a car loan online. Eventually began to get help with my approved car loan by BETH at this Cerritos branch. When I tell you she went above and beyond to guide me thru the process. So glad she was there and made my car purchase process go smoothly. I opened a savings account with them and all thanks to Beth.
