I'm not sure if Terri Kaesman works at this location, but I just wanted to say that she is the absolute best rep I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. The level of kindness, warmth and understanding is totally unheard of these days.

I love my credit union! The customer service is great, and they are very accommodating. I seriously doubt that I will ever have a regular bank account again.

They were so helpful, the benefits they offer are great and they don't have extra charges or hidden fees... just started banking with them but so far I've had a good experience every time I've gone to the security standing outside the door to the people inside they all have provide great customer service !

I love this bank. It's clean and service is always fast. I have been coming here for years. However Brandon has provided excellent service today. He took time and explained why my mortgage company was asking for. Everyone here is friendly and absolutely helpful. I was also helped by Kristen, she was awesome as well. *** update *** Still the best bank around !! I love all the tellers .. I always come and each time the service is great. Today I had help from teller 315.. thank you again!!

Came in today to pick up the rent check, but a lot has happend since then... The teller was able to quickly get my bank check as well as have me talk to Oswaldo, a financial service rep, to help me refinance my car at a vastly lower APR. He was also able to give me advice from helping me to a stop payment on my cards.

I've been a customer here since 2013, and I love their customer service. They are always friendly, and every time I go inside to deposit a check, they are quick. Which is good because usually when I go there, I'm in a "I need to go somewhere else right now" mode This place is not as hectic as BoA for those of you who are wondering, it's usually an in and out (that's what she said!) procedure for me!!
