They were so helpful, the benefits they offer are great and they don't have extra charges or hidden fees... just started banking with them but so far I've had a good experience every time I've gone to the security standing outside the door to the people inside they all have provide great customer service !

I love this bank. It's clean and service is always fast. I have been coming here for years. However Brandon has provided excellent service today. He took time and explained why my mortgage company was asking for. Everyone here is friendly and absolutely helpful. I was also helped by Kristen, she was awesome as well. *** update *** Still the best bank around !! I love all the tellers .. I always come and each time the service is great. Today I had help from teller 315.. thank you again!!

Came in today to pick up the rent check, but a lot has happend since then... The teller was able to quickly get my bank check as well as have me talk to Oswaldo, a financial service rep, to help me refinance my car at a vastly lower APR. He was also able to give me advice from helping me to a stop payment on my cards.

I've been a customer here since 2013, and I love their customer service. They are always friendly, and every time I go inside to deposit a check, they are quick. Which is good because usually when I go there, I'm in a "I need to go somewhere else right now" mode This place is not as hectic as BoA for those of you who are wondering, it's usually an in and out (that's what she said!) procedure for me!!
We've done business with LBS Financial for decades. Have visited many locations (Long Beach, Lakewood, Seal Beach area) for one reason or another and experienced excellent customer service everytime. We needed a notary and they offer that service FREE for their members. No appointment necessary. Available at all locations. Great parking at the Cerritos office so we prefer this location. Joining this credit union is the best banking choice we've ever made.
I like the credit union itself, even though they aren't as helpful as Schoolsfirst I still like the credit union feel. I've gone to this branch particularly and they weren't so welcoming, it was though I was just another customer, and nothing special. The bank manager (female) not sure of her name is not helpful and rude, compared to other LBS branches I've gone into.
Received great customer service from oswaldo Cardenas I had so made question and never mind answering them keep me up to data with my loans with calls
I love this place. Everyone is very competent, quick and friendly. They're all very knowledgeable and well informed. I originally came here to get away from Union Bank and their less than stellar employees but I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful all of their employees are. I've referred several people to this place as a testament to how much I trust and enjoy this bank.
