I have it in writing that they said they would insulate my pipes. Now that *** signed the contract they went back on their word. I even have text messages from the manager saying he would come do it. But now they refuse. *********. NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY.

Zero honesty Zero integrity Avoid this company as a whole at all cost. Buy anything from anywhere else. Read reviews on multiple platforms before you buy! They will all say the same.. I paid a deposit of $1900 and signed a contract. After numerous calls, a technician came out. He couldnt install the carbon filter into my existing Culligan system. I cancelled the contract. I have not received my deposit back in over one month. I have called numerous times but never received a response.

LEAF HOME WATER SOLUTIONS..is CRAP!!!.. buyers BEWARE!!.. equipment is **** from ***** with their lable on it..does NOT hold up to promises..nor their warranty promises..I ended up purchasing a whole new water treatment system from another vendor after LEAF HOME WATER SOLUTIONS installed my units only after 4 years with several service call backs and one complete replacement- which did not even hold up a year....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to throw your $$ away..salesmen are great and can talk you into anyth... read more

Water system worked great at first, Nothing but salt water now have have to run water for about 200 gallons to clear out salt after backflush. Just had serviced and told by serviceman that the system is working as required. After 1st nighttime flush, water was to salty to drink and had to run about 200 gallons of water thru the system before it cleared up.

Leaf Home Water Solutions are sitting high up right now but very soon the entire company is going to fall for what they have done to us! The technician was pushy and bullied my husband into buying their system. I wanted ******** but the technician had an emergency and Leaf showed up the same day! That was June 2025 and I'm still waiting for Leaf to fix, teach. AND replace the system for the saltless full House system with the ** as I ordered on my post. Don't go with this company. It seems like a scam. They subcontract their installations to other contractors. However, they are not going to honor all the promises the subcontractors promised. They charge $129 for annual water quality check which takes about 5 mins for them. They will void the warranty if you don't do annual maintenance. Also the water has some weird smell after the treatment, which is not drinkable. Stay away from this company!

Terrible company! They over charge for their water filtration system and claim that their parts (4.5x20 inch sediment water filter) is proprietary and don't know the part and if you replace any parts you'll void the warranty. I will never do business with this company or it's affiliates (leaf gutter) ever again! There customer service is less than desirable and that's all I have to say about that!!!!
