Whenever I submit a request she always makes sure all the necessary information is on the form and if not, she lets me know what is needed. Whenever I have submitted a request for property improvements, she always makes me aware of when the committee meets so I am aware of when to look for a response. **** makes this process seamless.
Worked with us on a very difficult open backyard to build a small fence. Always helpful and as we were new to the community, it was nice to see the *** management group offer suggestions and make it possible. Door always open...questions answered in a timely manner. Our dogs thank you and we appreciate your prompt manner and outcome??
Process thru Leland / HOA was relatively easy, compared to Marion County. ARC committee was professional, and Staff handled paperwork with no problem.
