Leland has its problems as they are not always responsive to community needs over their own wishes. They seem to forget who is paying them. That being said there are some shining stars in the group who must be recognized. *********************, *************************, *******************, ******************* are the ones that come to mind - very helpful, always pleasant and will make that extra effort to work with the residents. I would give these people five stars each!
We would like to submit a review for a member of the Leland Management Group here in ***********. Over the past 3 years we have had numerous dealings with ********************* and they have always been courteous and very informative. Her knowledge of the community policies is outstanding as well as her follow through on projects. It has always been a pleasure working with her.

As a Board member I know that the management company takes the blame for a lot of things, but Leland does a great job for our community. The classes they offer provide us everything we need to serve on the Board and run the association the way we need to.
Aggressive towards residents when they should not be. Failure to address priorities. Promotes a hostile environment within which the residents live.
Do not buy a house or condo in any development "managed" by Leland Non-Management. There is currently no onsite property manager at ******** at ************** after over 20 years of having one here. **** ***** is a joke and has not been spotted on property in a long time. You will have a better chance of spotting Bigfoot over here! The monthly HOA fees are astronomical and a total ripoff. What do you get in return? Non-responsiveness, the runaround, and all issues reported ignored. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
This management company is a joke. I have gotten multiple violations that are laughable. This week I had drywallers at my house. They were at my home for less than 6 hours and left their trailers in our driveway while they went to lunch. They were at my home for ONE day and image that, I got a violation. **********************************.
This company is a big joke; the Manager does not answer email or phone calls.But she is quick to send a letter to say that the garbage can was out for a couple hours after the garbage truck went through. Leland Co. does not fix anything, but they are good raising the fees without the approval of more than 51 percent of the community members. I was very skeptical to find an A+ accreditation from BBB on Leland Management (************************************************ (************************************************/)), this is undoubtedly the worst HOA management company I have ever had to deal with. I have a townhome in a small gated community in *******, 93 houses, not even 3 miles away from their office.
