We would like to submit a review for a member of the Leland Management Group here in ***********. Over the past 3 years we have had numerous dealings with ********************* and they have always been courteous and very informative. Her knowledge of the community policies is outstanding as well as her follow through on projects. It has always been a pleasure working with her.

As a Board member I know that the management company takes the blame for a lot of things, but Leland does a great job for our community. The classes they offer provide us everything we need to serve on the Board and run the association the way we need to.
This company is a big joke; the Manager does not answer email or phone calls.But she is quick to send a letter to say that the garbage can was out for a couple hours after the garbage truck went through. Leland Co. does not fix anything, but they are good raising the fees without the approval of more than 51 percent of the community members. I was very skeptical to find an A+ accreditation from BBB on Leland Management (************************************************ (************************************************/)), this is undoubtedly the worst HOA management company I have ever had to deal with. There is a problem here. This company is not legitimate. They are intimidating people in the community of ******************** by assaulting them and revving their vehicles. These people are nothing but a bunch of thugs! Leland Management needs to get their license removed promptly.

Despite recent changes in state law that now allow us up to 24 hours to bring in our trash cans, Leland Management continues to send out illegal notices, which is nothing short of an abuse of power.Their attempts to intimidate residents are both blatant and unwarranted. Leland will make no concessions on anything. They enforce the policies when they are in their favor and do not enforce them with al residents. Residents paint their homes with unauthorized colors however if you submitt a color way they dont authorize they let you know the consequences of not following their decisions. There is a reason their BBB rating in so low.
