Leland is an inept, corrupt property management company that charges above market fees and reneges on all contractual obligations including but not limited to proper vetting, due diligence, contracting and audit of vendors, writing HOA violations, providing basic communication to residents, monitoring construction projects on-site and generally managing amenities and vendors. Don't be fooled by BBB ratings, companies who respond to complaints, even without resolution, get good ratings.

Horrible management team at Villanova. They believe they are above the State Laws and create their own rules. The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. When asked for help they find no solution to a problem they have created. Don't far away!!!!!

Leland Management couldn't run a bath. They sent me a 'friendly reminder' about some weeds on one of my gravel beds. Dutifully, I cleared the area but thought 'hang on, if they are whining about the 'aesthetic appearance' to the front of our properties, why the hell don't they take into consideration OUR views out the back of our property fence line which, thanks to lazy sods on ride-on mowers who seem to have an aversion to using weed whackers, now look like an area of the Burmese jungle.' My name is Edin ******, property address ********************************** Fl., Georgetown Townhome Community, managed by Leland Management and our Community manager is Liane ****************. Back on February 4. 2021, landscaping company ********** made serious damage at my property. I contacted our Community manager Liane **************** 3 times regarding this problem, she responded only ones with nonsense answer "will bloom within the next 2-3 weeks". Never happened to bloom. I have mowed, maintained, fertilized, and spread fire ant bait on a empty lot next to my home for 10 years out of my own pocket! This management company rides around and sites me for having a vehicle parked on this empty lot that looks better than any empty lot in the subdivision! I can't wait to sell my home and let these idiots deal with someone that doesn't take care of things! People trying to justify a job I guess? I will never touch that empty lot again! Pretty sad this management company is

After asking for a break down of my association fees four years and getting nothing from the association. they sent a collection attorney office ************** after me in what started as $1700 now $10,969.72 how did this happen. was advised when I started repaying interest should have stopped. this company has not paid trash pick-up and garbage sat outside 5days. I have lived in Hero Isles fir almost 1o years. I cannot compare them to other HOA mgmt cimpanies but I can tell you I am unhappy with this company. They attempted to charge me this year for not paying my annual HOA fees but after much back and forth and a threatened lein against my property, they realized they had applied my pymt to the wrong address. Now I have sold my house and out of the blue, surprise, they are charging me a $250 fee to stop charging me an HOA fee! There is no mention of this anywhere in my HOA agreemen... read more

Leland management is one of the worst HOA's I have ever encountered. They are all about the money but when it comes to fixing things in the neighborhood, they suddenly go silent. They tell the owners that they are responsible for our roofs even though this is a townhouse community. We were told when buying that the outside is the HOA's responsibility and the inside and patio is ours. A hurricane comes and suddenly we are responsible for everything that happened to the outside. Leland management is unresponsive and will charge their clients for their screw-ups. retain all correspondence with them including phone records to show how many times you called and no one answered the phone .Even Emails go unanswered. Then you get a bill with fines and interest tacked on!
