We have had multiple interactions with ****. Sometimes it seems things arent quite right for the residents but she is simply following the rules on the books.She handles her job in a professional manner.

**** is always courteous, helpful and pleasant. She has went out of her way to help me on several issues. If she did not know the answer she directs you or even takes you to the person who can help. Leland fortunate to have **** in their empty.
Over the last seven years my wife and myself have worked with **** on many home projects, she has been nothing but professional and courteous. She always goes above and beyond to help. We consider her a great asset to *************** and a great employee for Leland management company.
Leland has its problems as they are not always responsive to community needs over their own wishes. They seem to forget who is paying them. That being said there are some shining stars in the group who must be recognized. *********************, *************************, *******************, ******************* are the ones that come to mind - very helpful, always pleasant and will make that extra effort to work with the residents. I would give these people five stars each!
