Verified Renter The apartments thenselves arent bad, but maintenance is very unprofessional, not timely and takes forever to follow through. Rent prices continue to increase while service continues to go down.
Never ever ever consider living here. The worst possible management and service I’ve ever ever received in my life. They do not care at all about their renters. Filthy carpets in the hallways, a million things broken in the apartments once we got in and it takes them forever to fix them, cancelled my apartment after the lease was signed the day before my move in, changed my apartment location 3 times. The power goes in and out constantly. The managers are passive aggressive.
Verified Renter Not good. The leasing agents are friendly and very polite but they can only do so much. Pets are great but little ones work best in apartments. It is simply not pet friendly and in fact inhumane to trap a big dog in an apartment all day with just few walks in a limited outdoor space. That is pet stupid not pet friendly.
Pest They have roaches and the spray they use don’t work and a roach was in my three month old baby ear and they don’t care.
Verified Renter Roaches , anybody can walk in . Holes in walls. Windows broken, it’s not worth it , rent will be in escrow next month, the stove knobs still broken , nobody care , maintenance don’t do nothing but am sure they are paid on time . Office people don’t care about these living conditions either . I bet they don’t live here with roaches. Not paying another month here , they say they gone fix the problems but nothing ever happens,

Verified Renter Average apartment, needs interior cosmetic work, floors need to be redone, and door alarm boxes need to be rechecked. Other then that I've enjoyed my experience so far.
Poor maintanance, be caure ful! No water from the shower since the day I moved in. I haven't showered for six days. what a joke!
whatever you do.. DO NOT move here.. Do yourself a favor, DON'T MOVE HERE!.. I lived in a 2 bdroom for a year and moved out a few mos. ago. by far, WORST apt. complex I've stayed in. I'll start with the good.. it's located in a great area and right next to highway (end of good).. the buildings are literally 40 yrs. old, black mold developed on the bdroom wall, the maintenance guy came by with a jug of bleach to "wipe" it off.. appliances break often and are very cheaply made. people smoke weed in the hallways, no gated commu... read more
