Fraud I rented an apartment here that was advertised as 800 sq ft. However, it's only 600 sq ft. Plus, I said I wanted second floor, but they gave me first floor. Also, all I hear all day is the expressway. They didn't inform me they were putting me in a building RIGHT next to the expressway. It has become clear why they wouldn't let me see the unit before leasing it.
Decent The apartment size is awesome for a one bedroom. However, it took the maintenance staff weeks to months to fix issues with apartment. The leasing staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The apartment itself isn't that bad, but don't try to turn more than one burner on... or the oven without pointing a fan directly at your smoke detector.
