Maintaining 2010 RX 350 This service department is fantastic! I hope to get 300,000 miles out of my car. It has been the best car I have ever owned. It currently has 157,000 and thanks to regular maintenance and well checks it runs perfectly!
Ten Stars! Lexus of Bellevue did a truly excellent job of retrieving our car from 100 miles away in Eastern Washington to take it for airbag replacement at their Bellevue dealership. It was then returned to us after a requested tune-up—Picked up Monday, returned to us Wednesday. BJ was in charge, followed up on all details, and made everything so easy and pleasant! Crossroads towing also did an excellent job. The service from both was simply incredible! I would give Lexus of Bellevue ten stars if possible.

2017 RX350 transmission The service tech BJ was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. However I was shocked to learn that a 3 year old car with 52,000 miles would need a new transmission. Not the quality I expected from Lexus

Great Customer Service I am a long time customer at this dealership and have bought 3 cars from them over the years. Great service! Time for my service and they called to remind me. I didn't schedule until 2 weeks later when I had time. The online scheduling is easy and simple. Their service department is easy to work with. Car is returned clean. BJ was very professional and friendly and he answered all the questions I had about the service and new services I wanted to know about.
Installation of new radiator and head lamp. I had a good experience from the time of making the appointment, getting an estimate, dropping off my car and getting my loaner. I know my car is repaired well with I take it there. Great service. I moved further away far from this facility but still prefer to drive there since I am so satisfied with their service in Bellevue.
