Always great service at Lexus of Bellevue Alan Jensen has been my service advisor for several years. He always comes through for me. I called him one time when I was on a trip to California concerning a maintenance issue. He contacted the local Lexus dealer where I was and arranged a loner car for me. A service. Service by service advisors! Service advisors Kyle, Jake, and Michael provide great service. Knocked off a star to a couple of experiences with the actual servicing. One visit windshield cleaning solution left close to empty which was filled at subsequent visit. Found grapefruit size scratches on vehicle and had to return to be fixed which took time away from my busy schedule.
Lexus IS still the best. Still no comparison... the people, the facility, and the automobiles... all the best. The only thing that would make it better is if they had a dealership in West Seattle.
Needed a new battery Mike who helped me provided me with exceptional service, he made sure I had a ride was able to put me in a loner vehicle until my car was done. He called me when my repairs were done and allowed me to pick up on my lunch or whenever was convenient to me. I appreciate his service at Lexus of bellevue.
Received a safety notice to replace the fuel pump. I've been a customer of Lexus of Bellevue for over 15 years. Leased the LS460 then purchased a 2017 RX350. Great customer service from Michelle Thoreson who paid attention to my requirements during the purchase process. Needed to get the Fuel Pump recall addressed and as always, Alan Jensen was on top of it.
Michael Thorp Service was easily scheduled. AJ was professional and very knowledgeable. Service was quick and well done. Very satisfied with the experience. Will call AJ in the future for work.
Claims Repair Roman my service guy did a remarkable job. Keeping me on top of things with conversation to the claims adjuster during the long one month long process of getting my 2019 Lexus ES350 repaired from a break in. This is my second vehicle purchased from Lexus of Bellevue and with both my 2007 and 2019 EA350 I have enjoyed the experience of purchase and service.
