Smooth Experience as Usual I took my car in for a full detail, and my service advisor BJ Ivy made it a breeze! Lexus of Bellevue really made it so everything is super clean and germ free. With a full detail, they even disinfect your car.
Brake Service I worked with Alan Jensen. AJ greeted me warmly and explained the repair process. My promised loaner car was ready for me and clean. After the repair technicians had a chance to reveiw my car i received a phone call from Alan with the recommendations. We prioritized the suggested repairs. I elected some while deferring others for a later time. Alan called later in the day, very close to the estimated time, indicating the car was ready.
Customer I've purchased 3 cars here and this is the only place I take my vehicles to have them serviced. Great customer service and timely delivery!
