Dennis S. The Service was great. My usual Service Rep had assigned me Brandon in his absence. Brandan did an amazing job! The service was impeccable. I waited for my car in the lounge area. Great Customer and Car Service Even though our car is 14 years old, Lexus of Bellevue always treats us as though it is a new model and repairs are timely and reasonably priced.
Winter Tires and servicing Could not have been more pleased with my service at Lexus of Bellevue. The facility was clean and cleaned repeatedly without being intrusive during my stay. My winter tires were put on while I waited. My car was washed, vacuumed and sparking when returned to me.
Maintenance and new tires Always consistently excellent, thorough, and friendly....from intial phone call to the staff at Lexus of Bellevue. The cost of regular maintenance is as expected, but the new tires with install and alignment actually worked out cheaper with their discount.
