120,000 mile service on my 2014 IS250 Mike McCann is an awesome service rep. He is very knowledgeable, and appreciates my longevity with this dealership. I drive 65 miles one way even though there is a dealership much closer in Tacoma. !20,000 mile service completed in about 3 1/2 hours on my 2014 IS250. A very clean well maintained dealership.

I don’t know what you want? Great. The car was not done until late afternoon so they let me keep the loaner car overbite because of traffic. Very polite and courteous and explained everything.
