Excellent dealer! Awesome car! Our dealer Bryan Petrin made our purchase very professional. He made me get my car with the preferred specs. He is very attentive to our order. He has follow ups & follow throughs all in place & made us feel connected all throughout the time of waiting. 6 star review! Outstanding… couldn’t have gone better. Called for a service maintenance appointment and Ed scheduled one for me at 1330 the same day. He was extremely efficient and helpful. The guys out front took my keys and cordially opened the door for me where Kenny asked if he could be of assistance. Best Dealership Ever The service staff is terrific. They keep you informed of what they are doing and why. My car is 10 years old and though I'd love and new Lexus, and would buy it here, I hope they can keep my 2013 going for another 100,000 miles.

Best experience ever Lexus of Tacoma made us feel welcomed from the day that we stepped in there. Than and Steve explained the initial process without pressure and respected our needs. Excellent Detailing I brought my Lexus RX350 in for detailing. The price was competitive with other detailers in the area. I was provided with a loaner. The service rep David Kang was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with how the Lexus looked. It was showroom quality. Lexus of Tacoma at Fife is my go to place for detailing.

Car Service Everyone I came in contact with in the service dept. was awesome. Very knowledgeable courteous and friendly. Shout to Dung who took care of me. Also.the facility was nice and great customer oriented place overall. The snack and drink station is great too.
