Excellent service at Lexus of Tacoma In 2007 I had not so fun experience with Lexus of Tacoma. Bought my 4th Lexus at Lexus of Seattle and have been having my 2010 LS 460 serviced at that location. Had service on 6/16/2021--very disappointing and left knowing I could not trust their service dept. any more. Even wrote to mgr with no response. Amazing Friendly Car Dealership We were looking for a 2020 UX and found one at Lexus of Tacoma at Fife. I spoke with Matt Romero on the phone and he said he’d meet us at the dealership at 9:30 In the morning even though he was scheduled to work in the afternoon. Since it was raining, Matt had the car brought up to the front of the dealership in a covered area so it would be ready when we arrived. Great experience The staff here truly take care of the customer. We were there for five hours buying a car so we appreciated the snacks and cold drinks that are not offered at all dealerships.
