Salesman Bill’s exceptional service Our salesman was Bill! My husband and I went to Lexus of Fife just knowing we were not going to find what we wanted a dark colored RX350L. Next thing we know Bill walks over and asks if we need assistance. We viewed a couple vehicles but just didn’t see what we were looking for. Advisor Cole Chellin professional and informative I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. The technician discovered that one of my axle boots was dry and cracked. This resulted in a lot more than I had planned on. My Advisor Cole was very professional and informative. He gave me a free loaner car for overnight.

Excellent Car buying experience Lexus of Tacoma provided an outstanding service and a great buying experience for our first Lexus. Nick is a good sale man, Chang is a good technitia This is the 5th Lexus cars I bought, service is good. Price is good due. Nick Dang is a good sale man we know a long time. He left dealer short time and we know he came back so we like to work with him. First time we know Mrs Chang the technictian who shows us detail how to use car, and we like her service so much.

Awesome service First of all I would like to say this dealership provides great service. Someone was out to greet us within minutes of us getting there which doesn't happen alot because of how I dress. They were really friendly and helpful to us.
