Great experience The staff here truly take care of the customer. We were there for five hours buying a car so we appreciated the snacks and cold drinks that are not offered at all dealerships. Always a pleasant experience Although I also bought my Lexus at Tacoma, this time I was here for routine service. Service advisor Kenneth was very helpful explaining what was needed. He also changed the batteries in my two remotes and showed me how, when I asked, in case I wanted to do it myself in the future. I usually hate waiting for car service anywhere, but the waiting area at Lexus of Tacoma is very comfortable and the time goes quickly.
