They had good attention to detail and they were non intrusive to the residence.
We received an estimate from Gino Streano. Prompt and professional and included detailed info as to how the crews would handle the project. The project was started within two weeks and completed in less than two weeks. Everyone was professional and the quality of the work was excellent. Best business I have ever dealt with. I had checked the company out in advance with the state contractor s board and Angie s list, and I had two other bids. Professional quality and attention to detail from beginning to end. Crews showed up early and quietly set up, starting work at 8am. Kept all materials and my property organized, neat and clean. The contract was signed at the end of June 07 and the orders were placed. Doors & windows arrived on site 7/23 & 7/31, respectively. Installation started 8/6. The 2 doors were bowed and Lifetime worked it out with manufacturer to replace and re-installed on 8/23. 3 of 4 windows were installed by 8/9. One window had to be reordered as it was slightly too small (not entirely their fault for how they took measurement). Last window installed 8/24. 50% of costs paid when contract signed and remainder after last window replaced. J... read more
As a result of Gino's kindness, we will look to use him and Lifetime for future needs on our house as well as tell as many co-workers, friends, families, etc. about them. Although a few things went wrong, the were minor, and all but one was easily fixed, without any resistance from the contractor. Gino, the owner, spent an hour explaining what they would do and how. We werent aware that the work wouldnt flow seamlessly from window installers to siding installers to painters. We thought wed settle on a color for the siding quickly. In fact, we rejected four painted on shades before picking one. Believe him when he says theyll make things right. Tell him about any disappointments.
We are very HAPPY and SATISFIED with Lifetime Remodeling Systems. They've succeeded in making our first experience with such a big job a pleasant one. We've recommended them to all of our friends.
