The whole experience was excellent, they came out and they gave a good estimate with no pressure sales or anything. They started a little off time but it was a situation that could not have been planned for and it was not an issue. They were just all around an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Gino and his crew were a pleasure to work with. This job was complex, requiring custom trim and molding. The finish product was excellent and the communication throughout the project was exceptional! LRS is very high on customer service and committed to providing 100% satisfaction and quality craftsmanship. Plus integrity -- they returned 2 months after the job was completed as the painters discovered some caulking issues; and LRS responded immediately and resolved!
Met with Gino Streano for estimate. He spent a couple hours with us going over our plans and visions and gave us a separate quote for the entire house and for our "problem area"; what we wanted done right away. He went over in detail all of the products they use and the methods they use to install them. Work was originally scheduled to start once the windows and door were finished being made ready to be installed, but when they offered to start work earlier, we agreed. Logan, the LRS rep, was very courteous and punctual for the estimate meeting. He explained the work to be done clearly. After scheduling the work, there was a small hiccup where his crew was delayed on another job and I didn't find out until I called him the day before to confirm my work. We rescheduled for another date, and Logan and his crew (Charlie & his son, both super friendly and courteous) showed up exactly on time. It was probably the best experience I have ever had with anyone who has worked on our home. They were amazing. It was Ralph Streano. He was so above board. Everyone who worked with for him were so professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them at all. They were really eager to please me and I am very particular.
From beginning to end these were the most professional, friendly, and crafty people we have ever done business with in 30 years. When we had questions we had a returned call within minutes.
