Doctor very professional, friendly good listener to your medical issues clinic very clean everyone there very friendly polite and attentive, on point with appointments
Everyone was very friendly, used affirming language and made me feel supported as a patient.
Left surgery consult in the middle of the visit.
Dr. Gfrerer seemed to be a nice Dr. She ordered an MRN. After visit I had a few extra questions about the test and tried to reach her. We had a few phone sessions scheduled but for whatever reason she didn't call back initially. She eventually did get in touch and also did her best to contact HSS to get the best imaging possible for me which I really appreciated. I would recommend her. John B.
Dr Gfrerer is wonderful. She took great care of me and her team.. I had back neck and shoulder pain from my boobs, and I was bone on bone with my shoulders. At this moment I am in recovery and I'm feeling wonderful. Thank you. Dr Gfrerer and you team. I have recommended 4 women to you already.
Everyone has done great job
Arrived a few minutes early and a few minutes. Score my appointment time her assistant brought me into an examining room. I waited approximately 10-15 minutes then doctor arrived .
Staff and medical term are always so professional, kind, and caring. Chase, Shari, Paige, and Dr. Gfrerer herself. My top surgery results are fantastic! Dr. Gfrerer does amazing work and that nerve reinnervation is really effective. It's the future of mastectomy care. Dr. Gfrerer really takes her time with her parents and doesn't rush you.
