I waited over two hours, to then be told that they weren't sure why I was at the appointment, therefore we were unable to do the testing that i traveled an hour and a half for.
Lisa was amazing. Really went into detail on what could and couldn't be done. Thanks for simplifying things for me!

Excellent care
She is not a good Dr I wouldn't refer her to no one she's is not a good person either she did surgery on me and I never saw her again and she got my medicine shewed up and just a bad experience with her from the beginning,?!
Non Judgemental, very knowledgeable. I trust her and her knowledge, I believe she is going to help me with compressed nerves. Appreciate that she is also trying to coordinate care with other internal (Weill Cornell physicians) as well as an ortho I'm dealing with at Mt Sinai. She is great and I would highly recommend!
It was such an amazing experience
Dr Gfrerer is terrific...but the absurdly long wait is not, especially when a patient is in pain and has not been informed about the delay
