Dr Gfrerer is terrific...but the absurdly long wait is not, especially when a patient is in pain and has not been informed about the delay
The doctor was clear and answered all questions I had. I was glad that she spend the time it took. I felt that she listened and understanding. Only, I woke up early to arrive at 8:30a on the dot but the address was wrong and they did not know anything about appt at that location. On Thursday or Friday of week before, I left a message saying "I am going to 425 E 61 and if that was wrong, please call me." No one called so I went there. Then they told me that it was 525 E 68. Dr Gfrerer and her team are kind, compassionate and caring. She is an amazing Surgeon and was so grateful she took my case on! I am sure she does much more complex surgeries than mine but she never made me feel Like mine wasn’t important I am grateful and will recommend her to everyone. She and her team are the best! I had breast reduction surgery on July 28, 2023, with Dr. Lisa Gfrerer and I'm happy with the results. The doctor really listened to me when I talked about the size that I would like to be. I am healing and doing well. For anyone like me who has to have this surgery because of medical reasons I say do it, you'll feel a burden or two lifted away.
Dr. Gfrerer and her team did an awesome job in making me feel comfortable prior to my surgery, and their prompt and timely response to my questions / concerns post surgery is commendable.
