Everything went smoothly. Evaluation for surgery still ongoing. Dr. Gfrerer, her NP, and the suppot staff were all wonderful.
The occipital neuralgia decompression surgery has relived my symptoms a lot. Dr. Lisa Gfrerer is a very knowledgeable physician. The staff at Weil Cornell have met my expectation.
My appointment was thorough and informative. Dr Gfere and Merel are personable and attentive.
Very detailed in her explanations in terms of the diagnosis of your issues and the best treatment available that would address the cause of your pain.
She always kept me informed on the process of the surgery, and was very kind to me. I felt a little nervous when showing her my stomach area but she always made me feel it’s alright to trust her and know she isn’t going to judge me. I became comfortable with her very fast. I knew I was in good hands and everything will be fine with the doctor.
Dr. Gfrerer and her staff are great and put me at ease about an upcoming procedure. There was around a 30 minute wait to see the doctor but once she was with me, she was friendly, attentive, and eager to answer any and all of my questions.
Great . she truly understands you and understands your true interest of how you feel.
The was very nice and she explained everything that she was going to be doing.
