I had a terrible experience with Dr. Gfrerer and am writing this in hopes that I can help someone else avoid the same. Dr. Gfrerer performed a procedure on my foot one year ago. I was planning to have the procedure mid-August, and needed to be 100% functional when I began teaching at the beginning of September. Dr. Gfrerer assured me that I would be. Dr. Lisa was very informative and helpful. I was able to get clear answers to my questions and left feeling confidence for my next appointment with her.
Dr. and staff all exhibited professionalism. Will definitely follow up if necessary. Would recommend to family and friends.
Dr. Lisa is the best.
Overall, a great visit. Everyone was very kind and professional. The only part that wasn’t great was I would have preferred to have the long wait in the the waiting room, as opposed to waiting in the examination room. Much moree comfy seating situation in the waiting area .
